Shipping policy

Shipping & Handling  / Returns & Exchanges

We use the most economical choice of shipping (USPS) flat rate priority and standard first class when possible. For orders weighing more than 13 oz. Priority mail will be used.

Orders are generally processed and shipped within 3-5 BUSINESS days.  This excludes weekends and holidays.

PLEASE expect a slightly longer turn around during Holidays due to higher order volume.

USPS Domestic Orders over $75 and up to 8 lbs ship FREE - DOES NOT INCLUDE WHOLESALE ORDERS. Not applicable to combined orders

International Orders up to 70 lbs. ship Flat Rate - $25.85

Orders ship USPS Priority Mail or first class depending on weight- The US Postal Service is currently experiencing delays due to Covid-19.

Please make sure that your shipping information is up-to-date before completing your order.  Serenity Gourmet Soaps cannot be responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by customer.

Serenity Gourmet Soaps can ship to virtually any address in the world.  Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.  Serenity Gourmet Soaps is not responsible for any destruction or confiscation due to Customs.  Special fees for Customs and/or imports are not included in the shipping price. Please be aware of your Customs rules, regulations, and fees before placing your order.

Customs & Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will be provided a tracking number through the website if you have a registered account.  Please utilize the tracking number to make sure that you will be available to receive or pick up your package.  Serenity Gourmet Soaps can NOT be held responsible for missing packages, stolen packages or delivery errors made by USPS.  Please leave instructions for your local postman for proper package drop-off.

Mail Theft Prevention
It is the customer's responsibility to receive the packages on the date of delivery. Serenity Gourmet Soaps is not responsible for the loss of packages that have been confirmed as "delivered" by courier.  If you do not have a secure place to receive packages, the following are recommended to avoid mail theft:

  • Have your delivery sent to an alternate location such as your work, leasing office etc.
  • Rent a P.O. BOX to make sure your package stays secure at the post office
  • Request Signature Confirmation for your package at an additional cost of $2.50

 Refunds and Exchanges

Due to the nature of the products, we can not accept returns. We offer replacement for items damaged due to our negligence or a refund minus shipping and handling when needed. Orders are insured through the post office and we take pride in packaging our products carefully to ensure they arrive to you safely. However, if your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us and your local post office immediately so that we will try to resolve the issue in a timely manner. We want you to come away from this experience happy.

When not in use, store products in a cool, dry space away from direct sunlight.

Keep out of reach of children.

For topical use only.  Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

The ingredients in all of our products are clearly labeled. Do not use if you are sensitive to or allergic to any of these ingredients. If you are pregnant or suffer from a medical condition, please consult your physician before using any product containing essential oils.

By purchasing our products, you agree that you are knowledgeable about the safe, appropriate storage and use of the products that you purchase.  You agree to carefully inspect your order upon arrival and that you will not hold Serenity Gourmet Soaps liable for any problems that arise from your improper storage or use of these products.
